Once your shipping preparation has been completed, the order status will change to “fulfilled”. 

Please note that your shipping information cannot be changed once your order has been “fulfilled”.

 

If your order status is "unfulfilled".

 

Please note that cancellation or change of address can only be made during business hours and if shipping preparations have already begun, your request may not be processed.

* 5pm - 2am (PDT) Monday to Friday
