A. Though you have already received an Order Confirmation email, payment can be pending if you had paid using PayPal eCheck. 

Please note that it may take up to 4 business days for the transaction to come processed. 

Furthermore, if the linked bank account is not an American bank, 'Pending' status may stay longer than 4 business days. 

Please note that we will inevitably cancel your pending order if your transaction has not been processed within 5 business days.
