Orders are processed as follows:

Step 1: Register as a member.
Step 2: Log in with your member ID.
Step 3: Search for the product.
Step 4: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 5: Fill out the order form.
Step 6: Proceed to payment.
Step 7: Once you have placed your order, you will see your order number.

    • The shipping cost will be automatically set at the price you pay with NARA HOME DECO.
    Customer will be responsible for any Customs fees, taxes and other expenses incurred. Please keep in mind if these charges assessed, it is responsibility of the package recipient.
    • Depending on its shipped out date, each of your different orders may be packed in one package.
    • If you purchased many products, the arrival date of your order may vary due to separately packed in several packages.


    [SHIPPING NOTICE]

    • This product is shipped from South Korea. It is difficult to cancel the order after the fulfillment is complete.
    • The order may be canceled or delayed due to an issue of the courier.
    • The orders with the PO Box, APO/AFO addresses may be canceled due to the system of the carrier.
    • The orders with the addresses written by native languages are not available on the system of the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
[RETURNS & EXCHANGES]

Please choose items carefully before making your purchase. Any returns or exchanges due to customer's change of mind are only accepted within seven 7 days from the receipt of the Goods. However, Customers shall be responsible for any fees and expenses related the shipping for the returns and exchanges.

Please send your request for Returns and Exchanges to Contact Us with the information on the Returns or Exchange Goods such as product name and quantity, and Order Number.

Returns/Exchanges are not allowed for following reasons:
Customer's change of mind may be made over seven (7) days from the receipt of the Goods.
The Goods have been damaged or destroyed due to a cause attributable to the Customer.
The value of the Goods has significantly decreased due to the use or partial consumption by the Customer.
The value of the Goods has significantly decreased by the lapse of time to the extent that they cannot be resold.
The value of the Goods has significantly decreased by the unpacking the package of the Goods (such as food, stationery, toys, electronics and others)
Any accessories of the Goods have been removed (accessories, gifts and others)
Any reasons allowed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
Customer may cancel his/her purchase order within three (3) months after his/her receipt of the Goods if the Goods are different from the display or advertisement or any Services were different from the contract terms between Customer and the Mall, or within thirty (30) days from the day when Customer had knowledge that the Goods were substantially different from the display or advertisement of the Goods or any Services were different from the contract terms between Customer and the Mall.

For faulty or defective products, please send your request for Returns and Exchanges to Contact Us with the information on the Returns or Exchange Goods such as product name and quantity, Order Number and a image photo or video of such faulty or defective products.

Kindly note that if the replacement option isn't available, we would be able to issue refunds for you.

Cancel Order Policy
Cancellation of an order can be made if the product has not been shipped out. If the product has been shipped out, a cancellation request cannot be processed so a refund or exchange request should be made after receiving the applicable products.

In the event any products are returned to sender due to reasons attributable to the Customer, such as issues with the shipping address, unavailability of the recipient or failure to pay applicable duties, the Customer can cancel the order and request a refund. In such case, applicable shipping and/or return costs and expenses will not be refunded.

In the event the applicable product is lost due to reasons attributable to the Customer, the applicable order cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be requested. In any event if the product is unable to be delivered to the Customer within 30 days from the shipment of the product, we will request a return of such product to the country of origin. In such instance, the refund of the product and/or applicable shipping and/or return costs and expenses will be determined at our sole discretion after reasonably taking into account the condition of the product returned and whether or not the failure to deliver the product to the Customer is attributable to the Customer.

Customer’s cancellation cannot be reverted.

Please provide the information (order number, product name and quantity) on the product you wish to cancel to Contact Us. We will response swiftly for such cancellation is allowed.
Refunds

If you find issues with your products and would like to request a return, exchange or refund. Click on “Q&A” under “My Page”,Please send the information below.

[REWARD POINTS]

Reward Points of 2% of your order will be issued to your account after 20days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available Reward Points balance.


[CANCELLATION OF REWARD POINTS]

Pending Reward Points issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your Reward Points will be cancelled if you close your account. Furthermore,  your Reward Points will expire if there are no newly issued Reward Points for three years
