Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") is to specify the customer's rights, obligations and responsibilities for using internet-related services (the "Services") provided by the Mall (as shown below).   [1]
 
Article 2 (Definition)
(1) "Mall" means an online store operate https://narahomedeco.com d by NARAHOMEDECO (the "Company") to allow  customers to trade certain goods and services ("Goods") using PCs, mobile phones and other information and communication devices to provide goods to customers, and also to the operator who manages the mall.
(2) "Customer" means a person who is entitled to use the Service in accordance with these Terms of Use.
 
Article 3 (Statement, Description and Revision of Terms of Use)
(1) The Mall shall post the full text of these Terms of Use, its trademark name, representative name, registered office address (including the office address that handles customer complaints), telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, business registration number, hosting service provider, postal order business registration number, etc. on the mall's website. However, you may provide that the text of these Terms of Use may be posted on other pages linked to the Website.
(2) Before asking the Customer to accept these Terms, the Mall shall provide a link to another page or open a pop-up window containing the important terms of these Terms, including, but not limited to, order cancellation, shipping liability and refund terms, so that customers can understand and verify them.
(3) These Terms may be amended to the extent that they do not violate applicable laws such as the E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act, the Terms and Conditions Regulations, the Electronic Documents and Transaction Basics Act, and the Digital Order Act.  Act on promotion of information and communication network utilization and information protection, law on sales of each house, consumer protection law, etc.
(4) If you wish to revise these Terms, you shall post more details of the revision of the current Terms and Conditions by specifying the reason for the revision and the effective date, and confirm the effect of the metallurgy by specifying the reason for the revision on the Mall website for a period of up to seven days before the effective date.
If the revision of this Paragraph 4 includes a change in the terms and conditions that are unfavorable to the customer, the revised amendment shall be notified by e-mail to the customer's registered email address along with the reason for the revision at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the revision.
(5) If the Customer does not agree to the revised Terms within 7 (or 30 days) for adverse revisions pursuant to Paragraph 4 (3) of these Terms, if the Customer does not agree to these Terms, the Customer shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms of Use if he/she does not express his/her consent to these Terms.
(6) The application of these Terms or matters not stipulated for the establishment of these Terms shall be governed by the E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act, the Law on The Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the E-Commerce Consumer Protection Directive established by the Fair Trade Commission, and other relevant laws or commercial practices.  If applicable.
 
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)
(1) The Mall shall perform the following services:
1.    Providing information about products and fulfilling purchase and sales agreements with customers
2.    delivery of goods with purchase and sales agreements; or
3.    Other services, such as terr services determined by the Mall.
(2) In the event that a product is out of stock or has changed technically, the Mall may change the specifications of the products offered in accordance with the purchase and sale agreement with the customer in the future. In this case, the Mall shall immediately post the details of the changed product and the date of delivery on the web page where the information of the existing product was posted.
(3) In the event that the details of the service provided to customers at the mall are changed due to the inability or change of the technical specifications of the product, the Mall shall immediately notify the customer of the reason for the change in accordance with Paragraph 8.
(4) The Mall shall claim damages to the Customer for damages caused by the service changes specified in paragraph 4(3).
 
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
(1) The Mall may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of a failure of an information and communication device (e.g. computer) or mobile or Internet network, in which case the Mall shall post a suspension and reason on its homepage.
(2) The Mall shall indemnify the Customer or other third parties for damages caused by the suspension of the Services specified in paragraph 5 of this Paragraph 5, except where the Mall cannot prove damages caused by willful misconduct or negligence.
(3) If the Mall is unable to provide services to customers due to changes in business items, business postings, mergers with other companies, etc., the company shall notify the customer in accordance with Article 8.
 
Article 6 (Use of Service)
(1) If the Customer agrees to these Terms, the Customer may use the Service in the form specified by the Mall.
(2) The information submitted by the customer when signing up for the Mall's website must be immediately corrected on the Mall website or inform the Mall by e-mail or other means of such changes.
(3) The Mall shall not be liable for any disadvantage to the Customer by failing to notify the Customer of the change in information pursuant to paragraph 6(2).
 
Article 7 (Disqualification of Customer)
(1) The Mall may restrict or suspend the customer's account in the Mall if the Customer:
1.    We do not pay the price of goods purchased at the mall or any other amount that you will have to pay in connection with your use of the mall.
2.    For example, another person interferes with the use of the mall or steals someone else's information to disrupt the order of e-commerce.
3.    The Mall uses the Mall to perform prohibited acts under law or these Terms, or to engage in acts contrary to public order and morality.
4.    Damage the reputation of the Company or damage the credibility of the Mall by stating or disseminating unfounded misrepresentations relating to the management of the Mall;
5.    In the course of using the mall, abusive, intimidating or obscene acts against the mall's employees interfere with the management of the mall.
6.    Repeatedly cancel or return items purchased at the mall for no good reason, hindering the management of the mall.
7.    Even in the absence of certain defects in the product, all or part of the items purchased at the mall will be repeatedly cancelled or returned to interfere with the management of the Mall. or
8.    Other acts similar to those described above.
(2) After the Mall restricts or suspends the Customer's account for the misconduct of the Customer pursuant to paragraph 7(1), the Customer may permanently disqualify the Customer in the event of use if the Customer repeats the same misconduct more than once or fails to correct such misconduct within 30 days of the Mall's limitation or suspension.
 
Article 8 (Notice to Customer)
(1) You can notify the customer by e-mail or phone using the contact information registered in the mall.
(2) In the case of notification of an unspecified number of customers, the Mall may post a notice on the website bulletin board for at least one week instead of the notice required under this Paragraph 8(1). However, any matters that have a significant impact on transactions with certain customers shall be notified in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article 8.
 
Article 9 (Purchase Order)
When a customer places a purchase order at a shopping mall, they must follow the following or other similar consent procedures, and the Mall must provide the following information in a way that customers can easily understand:
1.    Search and select products;
2.    Items in the customer's name, address, phone number, and email address (or mobile phone number)
3.    (i) confirmation of these Terms of Use, (ii) information about services that restrict the right to cancel orders and (iii) payment of fees/expenses, including delivery fees and installation fees; The contents of these Terms of Use may only be provided to you for your original purchase order.
4.    (i) to accept these Terms of Use and to confirm the information specified immediately before paragraph 3 or (ii) rejection of these Terms of Use (e.g., with the click of a mouse);
5.    If you order consent to purchase and confirm the goods or confirm the mall, and
6.    Choice of payment method.
 
Article 10 (Conclusion of Agreement)
(1) The Mall shall not accept the purchase order submitted pursuant to Paragraph 9 in the following provisions if the minor or guardian notifies him or her that the contract with the minor may be canceled if the minor or guardian does not agree to the performance of the contract when entering into a contract with a minor.
1.    Purchase orders contain false, misspelled, or omitted information.
2.    Minors have been ordered to carry out prohibited items under the Youth Protection Act. or
3.    The Mall concluded that it was not appropriate to accept a purchase order given the skill level at the time of the mall.
(2) The purchase and sale agreement shall be deemed to have been concluded if the Mall's acceptance of the purchase order reaches the Customer in the form of a receipt approval notice set forth in Article 12(1).
(3) Acceptance of purchase orders at the mall includes information such as the customer's confirmation of the purchase order, the availability of the ordered product, and how to modify or cancel the purchase order.
(4) If the Mall finds the reasons specified in Paragraph 3 in paragraph 1 of this Paragraph 10 (Article 1) after entering into a purchase and sale agreement, the Mall may terminate the contract immediately, in which case the price of the goods paid by the Customer shall be refunded immediately.
 
Article 11 (Payment Method)
(1) Payment for goods purchased at the mall will be made by the following means if available: The mall does not charge customers fees related to the specific payment method chosen by the customer.
1.    Payment via PayPal; or
2.    Payments through different payment providers under contract with the Company.
(2) The Customer may limit the cumulative monthly payment amount or the maximum rate amount in accordance with the policies of the Company or the relevant payment service provider (including credit card companies). If you exceed these limits, you may not be able to use the Service.
 
Article 12 (Notice of Receipt, Change and Cancellation of Purchase Orders)
(1) After the customer places a purchase order, the Mall shall notify the Customer of the receipt by electronic means, including, but not limited to, an email or pop-up window that appears when the Customer signs in to the Mall's website displaying the acceptance of the purchase order of the Mall.
(2) After receiving the receipt notice, the Customer may request the change or cancellation of the purchase order immediately if there is a discrepancy between the purchase order and the receipt approval notice, and if such request is made prior to delivery of the goods ordered by the Customer, the Mall will process the request immediately. If the customer has already paid the purchase price, the cancellation of the purchase order under Article 15 applies.
 
Article 13 (Supply of Goods)
(1) Unless there is a separate agreement between the Mall and the Customer on the delivery date of the goods, the Mall shall take all necessary measures (e.g., custom ordered goods and packaging) to ensure that the goods are delivered to the customer within seven (7) days after the customer places a purchase order at the Mall. However, if the mall has already received all or part of the price of the product, the Mall will take such action within 3 business days from the date of payment. In this case, the mall should allow the customer to check the status of the shipment.
(2) The Mall shall specify the delivery method of the purchased goods and the delivery period for each delivery method to the payer of the shipping and shipping costs. If the Mall fails to deliver the goods within the agreed delivery period, the Mall shall indemnify the Customer for the resulting loss unless the Mall demonstrates that the failure is not caused by intentional misconduct or negligence.
(3) In the event of a separate agreement between the Mall and the Customer regarding the delivery or delivery of goods, such separate agreement shall prevail in these Terms of Use.
 
Article 14 (Refund)
(1) If the Mall is unable to deliver or deliver the goods purchased by the Customer (whose goods are sold out or for other reasons), it shall take necessary measures to notify,  refund or refund the customer immediately, and the amount received by payment for the goods within three days of the start of delivery will be refunded.
(2) In the event that the carrier is returned due to shipping costs due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as the issue of the shipping address, the recipient's inability to use the recipient, the failure to pay the applicable duties, or the customer's request for a refund, the Mall shall deduct the shipping and/or return costs and expenses and refund a portion of the amount received as payment for the goods. The Mall is not obligated to refund the amount received as payment for the goods if the item is lost due to your reasons and is not obligated to refund it.
 
Article 15 (Cancellation of Purchase Order)
(1) Customers who have entered into a purchase and sale agreement with the Mall for goods may cancel their purchase order within 7 days of receipt received from the Mall.
(2) The Customer shall not return or exchange the goods after receiving the goods in the following cases.
1.    The prize is damaged or damaged due to the cause attributable to the customer (however, cancellations are permitted if the customer damages the package to check the contents of the product);
2.    The value of the goods has decreased significantly due to customer use or partial consumption.
3.    The value of the goods has decreased significantly over time to the extent that they cannot be resold;
4.    The goods can be replicated, but the packaging of the original goods is damaged. or
5.    Products are custom-made or otherwise similar.
(3) In the case of paragraphs 2 and 4 of this Article 15, if the Mall has not taken certain measures to protect the Customer, such as notifying the Customer of unexpected returns or exchange restrictions in a place easily recognizable to the Customer ( ii) providing the Customer with a sample, the customer's right to cancel the purchase order shall not be limited.
(4) Notwithstanding paragraphs 1 and (2) and (2) of this article, the Customer may cancel the purchase order within three months of receiving the goods if the product is different from the display or advertisement or if the service product is different from the terms of the contract between the Customer and the Mall, or within 30 days from the date the Customer knows that the goods are substantially different. Ads for goods or services differed from the terms of the contract between the customer and the mall.
 
Article 16 (Effect of Cancellation of Purchase Order)
(1) In the event of a return of an order ordered by the customer, the Mall shall refund the purchase price received from the customer within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. If the purchase price is not refunded within the above period, the Mall shall pay interest on the refund delay calculated by applying the interest rate imposed under the Act on E-Commerce Consumer Protection, etc.
(2) If the customer has paid the purchase price of the goods by credit card or e-cash, the Mall immediately asks the card company or payment service provider to stop or cancel the price of the goods.
(3) In the event that the customer cancels the purchase order, the customer shall bear the cost of returning the product. The mall does not charge customers as penalties or seek damages from customers for canceling purchase orders. However, if a customer cancels a purchase order, (i) there is a discrepancy between the content of the product and the representation/advertisement of the product. Or (ii) the Mall has not exactly followed the terms of the purchase and sale agreement, and the Mall shall bear the cost of returning the goods.
(4) In the event that the customer has paid the shipping fee for the goods, the Mall shall clearly state who will pay the fee if the purchase order is cancelled.
 
Article 17 (Privacy)
(1) The Mall collects only the minimum information of the customer necessary to perform the relevant purchase and sale agreement. The following items must be collected from the customer, and other personal information collection is optional:
1.    name
2.    ID (email address)
3.    Mailing address, including delivery address in other cases
4.    telephone number
5.    Email address (or mobile phone number)
6.    Purchased items
7.    Information of the recipient of the ordered item
8.    Bank account information
(2) The Mall shall obtain and obtain the consent of the customer in order to collect identifiable personal information.
(3) The Mall does not use it for the performance of related purchase and sale agreements without the customer's consent, provide the customer's personal information provided to the customer to a third party, and shall not be solely responsible for the violation except in the following cases:
1.    The minimum personal information (name, address and phone number) of the customer required to deliver the goods is provided to the shipping company.
2.    Your personal information is provided in an identifiable form to prepare you for statistics, academic research or market research.
3.    Your personal information is necessary for payment when trading goods.
4.    Your personal information is necessary to identify you in order to prevent identity theft. or
5.    There are other unavoidable reasons under the law.
(4) In the event that consent must be obtained from the customer pursuant to paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article 17,17, the Mall shall express or notify in advance the matters provided for in Article 22 of the Information and Communications Network Promotion and Information Protection Act.  The identity of the personal information manager (affiliation, name, phone number, other contact information), purpose of collecting and using personal information, and matters related to the provision of information to third parties (recipient, purpose of provision, information provision, etc.) may withdraw consent at any time.
(5) The Customer may request access to or correction of errors in personal information collected by the Mall at any time, in which case the Mall shall immediately take necessary measures to access or correct such personal information. If you request an error correction, we will not use your personal information until we correct the error.
(6) The Mall minimizes the number of personal information managers to prevent the leakage of personal information and is solely responsible for damages caused by the loss, theft, leakage or alteration of customer's personal information, including credit cards and bank accounts.
(7) A third party providing the customer's personal information shall destroy the personal information immediately after the purpose of collecting or providing personal information occurs.
(8) The mall's privacy policy posted on the Mall website includes other matters related to the handling of personal information.
 
Article 18 (Duty of the Mall)
(1) The Mall shall do its best to provide products consistently and reliably in accordance with these Terms.
(2) The Mall shall have a security system to protect the personal information (including credit information) of customers so that they can use the Internet service safely.
(3) The Mall shall indemnify the Customer for damages suffered by the Customer as a result of unfair representation or advertising of goods pursuant to Article 3 of the Fair Label and Advertising Act.
(4) The Mall does not send unsolicited commercial emails to customers.
 
Article 19 (Customer's Obligations)
The customer does not:
1.    Register false information in the mall;
2.    stealing other people's information;
3.    changes in information posted in shopping malls;
4.    the transmission or posting of other information other than the information specified by the Mall (e.g., computer programs);
5.    Intellectual property infringement, including copyrights of malls or other third parties
6.    other acts that damage or interfere with the reputation of the Mall or other third parties;
7.    Disclose or post obscene or violent messages, videos or audio or other information about public order and morality in the Mall.
 
Article 20 (Restriction of Ownership and Use of Copyright)
(1) All copyrights and other intellectual property rights of works prepared and developed by the Mall shall be owned by the Mall.
(2) The Customer does not allow reproduction, transmission, distribution, broadcasting or use by any other means for commercial purposes without prior approval of the Mall, and all information obtained from the use of the Mall is owned by the Mall, of which intellectual property rights may not use the information owned by the Mall.
(3) The Mall shall notify the Customer if it uses a copyright owned by the Customer.
 
Article 21 (Dispute Resolution)
(1) The Mall shall immediately handle any complaints submitted by the Customer.
(2) In connection with an e-commerce dispute between the Mall and the Customer, the Customer may apply for arbitration by disputing the Dispute Settlement Authority designated by the Fair Trade Commission or the relevant local government head.
 
Article 22 (Law and Jurisdiction)
(1) Any action arising out of an e-commerce dispute between the Mall and the Customer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the customer's address at the time of filing of such action, and if such address is not available, it may vary depending on the jurisdiction of the district court governing the client's legal residence. However, if your address or legal place of residence is unclear or you are a foreigner, the competent court will have jurisdiction over the case under the Civil Procedure Act.
(2) Lawsuits arising out of e-commerce disputes between the Mall and its customers are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
 
Article 23 (Specifications)
[1] These Terms of Use shall apply Mutatis Mutanis to electronic transactions using PC, mobile and wireless communication networks to the extent that they do not violate the nature of the transaction  .
